That is a way better to prepare for PMP and CAPM certification?

At some point, we all think in career. When we unite as a team member in a team, our goal for the next function. It can be a member of the senior team or a team leadership position depends on the structure of the organization. When to reach the next level, our goal for the next higher function. In order to achieve the next level, we make efforts to improve ourselves to learn more about the following function. For example, a JAVA Developer can go a certified JAVA Programmer Certification improve your programming skills who might think that it could help to reach their next destination. Also, a network engineer can go to a CISCO certification before a Chief Engineer of the network. Similarly, a professional wanted to get into leadership role, it could be a PMP or CAPM certification. There are several ways to prepare for certification. We can join a course at a reputed institution related to such examination, or we can take a course online for the same. In addition, we can go for a model of education mixed in the combination of both class room and in line to get knowledge to prepare for certification. Before proposing a suitable way of preparation for the PMP and CAPM exam loggers, let's talk about the modes of education existing in details.

Classroom training, we register a full-time or course of weekend at an institution where teaching project management. The institution experienced instructors to teach the concepts and tests to assess the knowledge of the registrars of course and provide guidance appropriate for them. In the mode of on-line training, course materials and audio & video presentations will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Students have the ability to read & re-read materials, access to the audio & video & read the same to gather knowledge about project management. Mixture of education mode, sometimes referred to as "hybrid learning" which combines the formation of the class and training room online. In other words, institutions may carry out a one or two weeks programmes to teach project management and provide online support where students can discuss your questions and have access to the course materials to help them prepare for the test.

In the three modes, we can see pros and cons. For example, in the mode of classroom training, need to go to an institution (okay if it is close to their place of living) that need to pass some hours to learn. In online mode, you can sit at home and prepare for the test. But won't face interactions to face with teachers and fellow students that is a drawback of most of us agree. But some said in online mode, you have few distractions, does not need to hurry to the institutions or other missing classes. Mixed mode may solve the problem. But it is still necessary to take some weeks days that your company cannot afford or need to enroll in a course of weekend where you have to scarify their personal time. Apart from that, I do not see much difference when looking at the ways.

Let's say that most of us have a full-time job or business that consume primarily for 8 to 10 hours of our time. Apart from that, most of us wanted to spend time with our family and friends which is probably only during the weekends. Therefore, my opinion is that the best way to select depends on the availability of time to devote to the preparation for the exam. If you think you have enough time to go to an institution, would recommend that go to mode of classroom. If you do not have enough time, you can go way online. If you have a limited time you can go to mixed mode. No matter that you whatever mode you select, the correct approach would be to be learning something, then apply what they learned in their work every day to improve their project management skills. Finally read PMBOK including at least three times the sections of the Appendix. I am sure that will pass the exam. In short, convenient for you is the best way to prepare for the exam.

Happy learning!

Best certifications for it professionals - is PMP better for you?

I recently met one of my best friends, who are working as a director for the formation of an organization's information technology (it) in the United States reached the India holiday. During our meeting, we had an interesting discussion about the certifications available for it professionals. As you know, thousands of certifications are available on the market and it is very difficult to find the most important certifications for a candidate who works in an IT organization. Suggested me list of best certifications I have mentioned below for it professionals and stressed that they can go for PMP certification:

Management of project (CAPM, PMP and PgMP) certifications
Professional certifications of TI from Microsoft (MCAD, MCDST, MCITP, MCPD, MCSA, and MCTS)
Cisco certifications (CCDA, CCDP, CCENT, CCIP, CCNA, CCNP, CCSP, and CCVP)
Hardware, networks & operating systems (CIW, CompTIA, LOB, RHCE, RHCT, SCSECA and SCSA)
Development of programming Web & (Manager of database of Oracle, SCJA, SCJP, SCJD, SCWCD)
Computer security certifications (CISSP, CompTIA Security and MCSA)
Management of TI (CBAP and ITIL) certifications

Project management certifications help to successfully manage their projects. Microsoft certifications help to acquire the necessary skills to perform well a role of labour in particular. Say, for example, if you take Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) certification, this will help you acquire the necessary knowledge to create, implement, optimize and properly operate the applications using Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft.NET Framework. Several certifications available similar to which I have mentioned here of Microsoft to improve their technical knowledge in a given area.

Certifications from Cisco could help you acquire the skills needed to plan, operate, and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure including but not limited to LAN, WAN, Protocol, switches, door link and routers. Certifications under the category "Hardware, networks & operating systems" would become a professional success of networks. Certification CompTIA Network + could help you acquire knowledge in managing, maintaining, troubleshooting, operation and basic configuration of network infrastructure. It's a certification of good if you want to become a professional networks. Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification also helps it professionals to acquire knowledge to configure networking services and security on servers running a Red Hat OS.

Manager of database from Oracle and Sun Certified Java developer certifications will help improve their knowledge of programming in a given area and become an expert in database management. Certification CompTIA Security would become an expert in system security, network infrastructure, cryptography, assessments and audits. ITIL certification is getting popularity now. It helps you to learn more about best practices for it service management. Professional certificate of business analysts will help to improve their knowledge of business analysis.

Now back to our question. Is it best PMP for you? The answer is it depends. It depends on where you want to go in his career. If you want to enter in the field of the network, you can go to the certifications of CISCO and network of TA Comp. If you want to become an expert in a certain area, you can choose the appropriate certification of the list. But if you want to enter management functions, I would suggest go for project management certifications. It could help you acquire knowledge and skills necessary to carry out its work of management. His reputation and his popularity increased significantly. Companies have begun looking for PMP certified project managers for senior positions. Companies have begun to pay high wages PMP certified project managers. This is my answer to the question, what really reduce your choice of career.
