The PMP has trick questions. They are designed specifically to detect persons that come with little experience in the formal process, those who have thumbed through the PMBOK a few times and now going to rake me review. These people are trying to build on their work experience, which often do not align with the prescribed method of PMI to make things. As a result, usually not even come to pass the test. Follow the process
It is always the right answer. Often there will be options that allow you to pose a difficult decision, dodging a thorny issue or ignore a problem. This is almost never right to ask questions about the review.
Study of functions
