PMP - a lot of things free to help pass certification

The PMP has trick questions. They are designed specifically to detect persons that come with little experience in the formal process, those who have thumbed through the PMBOK a few times and now going to rake me review. These people are trying to build on their work experience, which often do not align with the prescribed method of PMI to make things. As a result, usually not even come to pass the test. Sometimes, however, these questions trick also can fool an experienced professional! Below are some techniques that can be used as mat which do not fall into these traps:

Follow the process

It is always the right answer. There will be questions on the review that give the scenarios of "common sense" that give you a form seemingly innocent to omit the formal process and save time, or perhaps avoid some conflicts rather than by following the procedure. This is probably a trap. The correct response is to follow the PMI process! Not caving in to pressure from angry customers interested or even your boss doing the opposite.

Do not take the easy way

Often there will be options that allow you to pose a difficult decision, dodging a thorny issue or ignore a problem. This is almost never right to ask questions about the review.

Study of functions

When performed the test, it must be insurance about the roles of stakeholders, sponsors, clients, members of the team, functional managers, the Office of the project and most importantly, the project manager. They expect several questions "to be performed this activity". If you have absolutely no clue, guessing that the "project manager" is a good idea.
In addition, to understand the difference between the different types of organizations (projectized, matrix and functional). Most of their questions belong to organizations of matrix, so they focus their study on that one.
