Step-by-step guide to respond to questions in the PMP exam


PMP exam has 200 questions and there are four hours to answer them. The PMP examination questions could be very complicated and difficult to understand in the first aspect. The review questions are presented in different flavors. Some of them could be directly related to the processes, areas of knowledge and ITTOs groups. Another may be related to the formulas.There may be several situational questions as well. Unless you follow a methodical approach to understand and respond to these questions, there is a good chance that are missing some of them even if you know the answer. Follow these steps to analyze and understand the PMP exam questions and answer them correctly.

Step 1: Read the question completely

Read first the question completely. PMP exam questions could really be prolix and confused to read for the first time. Therefore, not only browse through them. Read each statement carefully.

Step 2: Understand the question

I understand the question. After reading the question, see the question of what trafficking. Even if the issue is long, at the end can be simple and limited to a very specific topic. Other things to keep in mind...

Do not spend too much time to answer a single question. If you don't know the answer, mark it for review and move to the next question.
If you are uncomfortable with the first few questions does not feel discouraged. You will be fine, even if it gets wrong questions first.
Not take breaks only because the format of the exam allows it. Taking unnecessary jumps not only losing time but also the momentum. However, do not hesitate to take a break if it is really necessary.
